The Abundant Harvest Festival is a festival in which people pray for a plentiful harvest of the five grains. It is held at various locales throughout the island every year in the sixth month of the lunar calendar.
On July 25, Shingawa, Ishigaki, Okawa, and Tonoshiro conducted the festival and had a large turnout of residents and tourists.
